SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

We provide free shipping pan India and a flat shipping fee of USD 25 for international orders. Please note that customs duties may apply upon import to your country.

1. SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Our packages are shipped once a week, typically on Tuesdays. If you have a time-sensitive delivery requirement, kindly inform us in advance, and we will assess whether we can meet your specified timeline.

2. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We primarily utilize Delhivery as our shipping provider. In cases where certain pin codes are not covered by our primary providers, we will employ the next best alternative. Shipping times within India generally range from 3 to 5 business days.

3. SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
For international orders, shipping times typically range from 7 to 14 business days.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY AND DELAYED DELIVERIES
Unlike some other eCommerce platforms, we do not possess our own last-mile delivery fleet. Instead, we rely on reputable carriers to transport and deliver our packages to you. We solely utilize the shipping information you provide during the online order placement process. We do not verify the accuracy or validity of the address. It is your responsibility to provide a correct address and a contact phone number for delivery purposes. We cannot be held accountable for delayed deliveries. Once the package is shipped, we will send you the shipment tracking information via email, and it is your responsibility to monitor the progress of the shipment and coordinate with the carrier regarding any delays or last-minute changes to the delivery address.

5. SHIPPING FEE
We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping for orders within India. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of USD 25 (INR 2000) will be applied during checkout.

6. CUSTOMS DUTY AND DOCUMENTATION
Any customs duties or charges imposed by your local authorities upon delivery are your responsibility. We include all necessary documentation for import clearance in your country. The package will contain an original invoice detailing the actual price of the item(s). Typically, our shipping provider pays the duty on your behalf and recovers the amount from you during the delivery process.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Please note that once you place an order with us and the payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled. We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for orders, and returns are not accepted.

9. EXCHANGES
In the event that the item delivered to you is damaged or defective, we will gladly offer an exchange. To determine the eligibility of the item for exchange, we will request photos and videos illustrating the defect. For defective items, exchanges will only be considered if you notify us via email within 48 hours of the package being delivered to you (based on shipment tracking information provided by our shipping partners).

If we approve the exchange:

a) We will provide a replacement for the exact item originally purchased. Should the item be unavailable in stock, we will offer an alternative selection from the same collection for you to choose from.

b) We will not issue a store credit in lieu of the exchange.

c) You will be required to securely package the item in its original packaging, including invoices, warranty cards, brand booklets, tags, and any accompanying accessories, and ship the package back to us. Once we receive the original item, complete with all the necessary paperwork and accessories, we will ship the replacement item to you.
