• All Franklord timepieces are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted only if product has any manufacturing defect. 
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within same day of delivery.
• To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

If the Product Has Issues:

• Free return or exchange will be provided for products with manufacturing defects or damages during transit.

If the Product is in Perfect Condition:

• If you wish to return or exchange a product for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Pickup & Drop Service
